Laws may be passed by a majority vote, but any individual can
introduce new voting options. Just write your proposal in the PAQ comments using the following format:
"... I know just how we should solve this issue. Voting Option AB1:Damabopia agrees to endorse the non-proliferation treaty. What do you think of my idea?"
New PAQs become Voter PAQs when a ballot is created (minimum two weeks). No new voting options will be accepted after this happens. To propose more new ideas, you would have to reintroduce the topic with another New PAQ.
For security reasons, new citizens who want to publish a New PAQ must
contact the Administrator. Active citizens that have authored several
comments and PAQs can request an account upgrade that allows them to
publish directly.
Notice: For the sake of clarity, New PAQ Comments are meant for new information and
ideas. If you agree or disagree, but do not have specific information
to cite, reserve your comments for Voter PAQs.

is in the title of this article. As the inspiration behind Damabopia, we felt it was too important an issue for our nation to remain silent even for a single voting session.
This PAQ really is as simple as its title. Nominate your idea in the comments for a service we can provide our citizens.
